We want this website to be clear and usable for as many people as reasonably possible, including people using assistive technologies, keyboard navigation or magnification.
Our approach
We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA where reasonably practicable. The website has been designed with:
- semantic headings and landmarks;
- keyboard-accessible links, buttons, forms and cookie choices;
- visible focus states and sufficient colour contrast;
- responsive layouts that work at different screen sizes;
- alternative text for meaningful images and decorative graphics hidden from assistive technology;
- form labels, status messages and clear error wording; and
- support for reduced-motion preferences.
Known limitations
We are continuing to test the website. Third-party services involved in submitting the enquiry form or providing analytics may have accessibility features and limitations outside our direct control. Some older browsers may not reproduce every visual effect, although the core content should remain available.
Alternative formats and feedback
If you cannot access information, need it in another reasonable format or encounter an accessibility problem, email hello@allied-response.com or call +44 (0)7487 580 821. Please tell us the page, the problem and the format or adjustment that would help. We will consider the request and respond as soon as reasonably practicable.
Preparation and review
This statement was prepared on 5 August 2026. It will be reviewed after material website changes and as accessibility testing develops.
